break a (back)?

here i am having to erect my spine at all times for if not it'll be excrutiating.. i couldn't bend more then 10% in any direction and if i want to move, it'll take all i got to fight the pain. and oh yeah, sitting down burns too:(

what happened was during my training at the gym we did a dead-lift routine. and long story cut short, i kinda tried to lift more than my back can handle. we started at 45kg last time then move on to 60 and came 70 i felt like a snap (technically there was no snap) my back just gave up. and now i'm like this. lol

good thing about it is that now i'll have to keep my posture instead or sprawling around like i always do but in return i couldn't sleep well since moving a lot hurts and  you get the picture.

wish me in good health,
kamen's back bone

ouch man. why the hell did you do that? back is a serious matter dude. i'm not doing any medic related course but i just know it that you need to take care of your back as if it is one of your balls.

yeah it was kinda surprising u know with my history with my back and stuff but the last time i had this problem was long time ago so i figured it wasn't a big deal or i'd be stronger now. but hey shit happened, but no matter i'll be fine. hopefully.
